Fees and Billing
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or eftpos.
From March 1st 2023, we will be implementing a non attendance fee for appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.
From July 1st 2022, phone consultations will be charged the same fees as a face to face appointment.
The GP’s at this practice bulk bill Pensioners and Health Care Card holders. Veterans may sign the service voucher. Children under the age of 16 years are also bulk billed. Full payment of your bill on the day of your consultation is required.

We offer a discount of $15.00 for patients over 65yrs with no concession. We can lodge your account electronically with Medicare from our clinics and are able to process an immediate rebate. Or Download a Medicare Form from here
If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please contact us immediately and our reception staff will be happy to discuss payment options with you. Use of the treatment room for elective procedures will incur a facility fee (no Medicare rebate available), payable by all patients at the time of the appointment.

Facility fees will be charged for all surgical procedures and will be payable on the day of the procedure.
