Dr Paul Williams

Dr Williams has been working at Bacchus Marsh Medical Centre since 1987. He practices general family medicine and paediatrics. He also has admitting rights for Bacchus Marsh Hospital.

Dr Siva Sooknandan
Dr Sooknandan has been practicing at Bacchus Marsh Medical Centre since 1987. He has interests in mental health, skin lesions, minor surgery, chronic disease management and family medicine.

Dr Niresh Madhanpall
Dr Madhanpall has been at Bacchus Marsh Medical Centre since 2003. He has an interest in mental health, aged care, skin lesions and chronic disease management.
Dr Ravin Sadhai
Dr Sadhai has been practicing at Bacchus Marsh Medical Centre since 2005. He has an interest in family medicine, skin lesions, aged care and sports medicine.
He is also involved with a number of football clubs in an official capacity. Other areas he specialises in are palliative care, diabetes, cardiovascular health, men’s health, obstetrics and women’s health.
Dr Om Naidu
Before joining general practice, Dr Naidu was an Advanced Emergency Medicine Trainee with experience in various specialities including Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry, Paediatrics, Aged Care and Intensive Care. He enjoys working as a country doctor and has particular interest in urgent care, mental health, womens health, sports medicine and minor surgeries.
Dr Michael O'Malley
Dr O’Malley has returned to us after a rotation in Ballarat Emergency Department. He has recently completed his fellowship and will now be with us permanently. His interests include minor procedures and paediatrics, and he also has experience in ED.
Dr Jessica Tint
Dr Tint enjoys all aspects of general practice, and has a special interest in children’s health, women’s health, mental health, and chronic medical conditions.
Dr Karinne Tunnecliff
With over 13 years experience across several disciplines, Dr Tunnecliff has a holistic approach to patients care, encompassing the biopsychosocial aspect. She prides herself on her commitment to patients and providing an excellent standard of care.
She is experienced in all areas of general practice however has special interest in general medicine, childrens health and cardiology.
Outside of the clinical setting, Dr Tunnecliff enjoys spending time with her three children on an outdoor adventure.
Dr Stephanie Williams

Dr Williams graduated from The University of Melbourne. Her favourite aspects of being a GP are the variety of presentations, getting to know my patients and their families and engaging in preventative health. Dr Williams’ special interests include preventative health, sexual health, women’s health and paediatrics.
Dr Sen Arudshivam
Dr Sen has worked in Emergency Medicine for nearly ten years. In 2017, he transferred to general practice and has a special interest in paediatrics, and prevention of smoking, drugs and alcohol.
Dr Faro Hace

Faro has worked across different hospitals & clinics in Victoria since 2008.
He values patient-centred care and evidence-based medicine, with the goal of achieving a better state of health for his patients.
He is interested in different aspects of general medicine with a focus on addressing health risk factors and managing chronic conditions.
Dr Sumaya Zaz
Dr. Zaz has over 14 years of experience in holistic, patient-centered care, with expertise in general medicine, emergency medicine, obstetrics, and gynecology. She has worked in Queensland and various hospitals across Victoria.
Her special interests include women’s health, men’s health, dermatology, travel health, and cardiac health. As an s100 prescriber, she manages Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV. Dr. Zaz also performs minor skin procedures, Implanon and Mirena removals, iron infusions, and medical termination of pregnancy.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking, badminton, rock climbing, and cooking Kashmiri food. Dr. Zaz speaks English, Kashmiri, Urdu, Hindi, and Bengali.
Dr Minh Thanh Le
Dr Thanh Le first came to Bacchus Marsh in 2019 when he completed a paediatric term at the Bacchus Marsh Hospital. He joined the team at BMMC in 2021 and has stayed on after completing his GP fellowship. Dr Le consults in all areas of general practice. He is still very passionate about paediatrics and has special interests in skin check ups, men’s health and mental health. Dr Le has also completed additional training in paediatrics and obesity management.
Dr Maung Thet

Dr Thet is originally from Myanmar and graduated his primary degree in 2002 before moving to UK for further studies.
He relocated to Australia in January, 2006 and worked in Tasmania for 7 years in Acute Medicines. He came to Victoria in 2013 and worked as an Emergency Doctor in the Austin Hospital for 8 years.
He has various experiences as an Emergency Doctor, intensive Care doctor, Anaesthetics, Paediatric Doctor.
Dr Inushka Perera
MADDINGLEY ONLY
Dr Perera has been a GP since 2008, and her interests include women’s health, paediatrics, and mental health.
She has experience in minor surgical procedures, pregnancy care, implanon insertion and removal, cervical screening, STI screening and management, peri-menopausal care, and chronic disease management in the middle-aged and elderly.
Dr Nirmala Pinto
MADDINGLEY ONLY
Dr Nirmala Pinto has attained a MBBS MD Obstetrics and Gynaecology from India.
She has worked as a Specialist OBGYN in Mumbai, India and Resident Medical Officer in various public hospitals in Sydney and Victoria.
Dr Pinto covers all aspects of family medicine, with emphasis on Obstetrics, Women’s Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health. She has a special interest in Paediatrics and Chronic diseases too.
She has a diverse cultural background and can speak English, Hindi, Marathi, Kannada and can understand Gujrati and bit of Arabic language.
Dr Nazmin Sultana

Dr Sultana has experience in emergency medicine, general medicine, surgical procedures, gynaecology, paediatrics, rehabilitation, psychiatry, palliative care and neurology. She enjoys ALL aspects of medicine, but has a special interest in children’s health, women’s health and mental health.
Dr Palwasha Sareer
Dr Palwasha Sareer has extensive medical experience in Pakistan, the UK and Australia. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine and has a special interest in mental health, as well as sexual health and HIV treatment.
Dr Ferhat Yazici
Ferhat is transitioning to general practice after having nearly a decade of experience in hospital medicine including areas such infectious diseases, endocrinology and rheumatology as well as chronic and complex medical conditions.
Ferhat is excited to build long term patient relationships and prioritises a holistic approach to health care.
In his free time, Ferhat enjoys the outdoors and has a keen interest in hiking and cycling.
Dr Teena Joseph
Dr Teena Joseph completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery in India. After clearing her AMC exams, she began working in Australia in 2018, initially in New South Wales before moving to Melbourne.
She enjoys all aspects of general practice and is committed to continuous learning. Her special interests include women’s health, antenatal care, mental health, chronic disease and diabetes management, occupational medicine, and travel medicine.
Outside of work, Dr. Joseph enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and dancing.
