Fees and Billing
Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash or eftpos
(If applicable)
From November 1st 2025, we will be bulk billing most of our consults.
Fees may still apply for some procedures and appointments so please speak to reception when booking.
From March 1st 2023, we have implemented a non attendance fee for appointments not attended or cancelled with less than 2 hours notice.
All patients must return to reception upon completion of their appointment.
If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please contact us immediately and our reception staff will be happy to discuss payment options with you.
Use of the treatment room for elective procedures will incur a facility fee (no Medicare rebate available), payable by all patients at the time of the appointment.
Facility Fees
Facility fees will be charged for all surgical procedures and will be payable on the day of the procedure.
Concession Card Holders / Under 16yr old
Fee (including GST): $35.20
Private Patients
Fee (including GST): $57.20
Ear Microsuctioning
Ear Microsuctioning is subject to eligibility and must be discussed with one of our doctors prior to booking in.
We are unable to perform ear microsuctioning on patients under 18 years of age or patients with impaired cognitive function.

Private Patients
Fee (including GST): $71.50
Iron Infusions
Iron Infusions are subject to eligibility and must be discussed with one of our doctors prior to booking in.
Fee (including GST): $176.00
Workplace Medicals
Workplace medicals are not covered by Medicare.
They should be booked with your regular doctor.
